8 October 2010; Federal Court Sydney. Judge Jayne Jagot rejects the Applicants argument of costs, reaffirms and upholds her earlier Judgement Ordering the Applicants ( Alan Casey, Gail Casey, Sir Jack Brabham, and Jack Brabham Engines P/L) to singly and severally pay the respondents costs as agreed or taxed, inclusive of costs related to travel, accommodation, and such court proceedings related expenditure.
